The Prayer Chain members have been faithfully praying for those who have requested prayers for members of the congregation, family and friends. We would like to build our participants in this ministry. If interested please contact the Pastor or Carol Kelsey.
To request a prayer just call one of the following people:

The Guidelines for the Prayer Chain are as follows:
Prayer requests should be made to the Pastor, or if unable to reach him, Carol Kelsey. You may also give the request to the Parish Administrator (Carole) who will forward it to the Pastor or Carol Kelsey.
Confidential requests will not be put to the Prayer Chain. Please relay these directly to the Pastor. If in doubt, do not put it on the Prayer Chain.
The requestor needs to check with the person for whom a request is made. Ask the person if they would like to have a prayer for him/her put on the Prayer Chain.
We have discovered there can be confusion about being on the Prayer Chain and on the Prayer of the Church. When the prayer request comes to the Pastor or Carol, we both verify that the person being prayed for wants to be placed on the prayer chain and clarify whether he/she also wants to be on the Prayer of the Church.
* At times there is a need to initiate a prayer regardless—based on the circumstances (e.g. someone for whom there is no question that he or she would want prayer but there is no family or significant other(s) available to ask; or it is an emergency).
