Volunteer Opportunities

There are many volunteer opportunities on Sunday mornings for those interested in evangelism and fellowship. Contact Tom and Deb Spivey if you would like to be a greeter, work the Welcome Desk, or be a part of the Return-A-Visit team. Contact Lori Purdham if you would like to serve coffee.

  • Greeters - Greet members and visitors as they come into the building and offer assistance and answer questions. Two shifts available.
  • Coffee Servers - Provide fellowship by making coffee, filling donut holes, pouring lemonade and water for members and visitors, and cleaning up afterward. One shift in the summer; two shifts the rest of the year.
  • Welcome Desk - Greet and offer assistance to those that need it; answer phones and sell Fair Trade items. Two shifts are available.
  • Return-A-Visit - Call the office on Monday morning to get a list of visitors that attended worship on Sunday. Place a courtesy call to them to provide a connection to the church, thank them for attending, and ask if you can be of assistance in any way.
