Carole earned a BA degree in English from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She started working in churches as a Parish Secretary while still in college, and kept it going after graduation. God continues to call her into the church in a variety of different ways – she has worked as the Parish Secretary for Holy Triune Lutheran and First Lutheran of Columbia Heights; church day care worker at Mt. Carmel Lutheran; and at Nativity Lutheran she has been a Kindergarten Readiness Preschool Teacher, the Nursery Coordinator and even church cleaning lady! 

Carole began her position as a job-share with Bev in the fall of 2008. She has solely taken over the position as of winter, 2010. She enjoys working in the office at Como Park Lutheran because the people are so warm and welcoming!
